We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Maybe your rug vibe wasn’t what you pictured. Maybe your floor changed its mind. Either way, we’ve got you.


📦 Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.


✅ What Makes an Item Returnable?

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you got it

  • Unused, unwashed, and not worn-in

  • In its original packaging (yes, we mean it)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your rug’s been through anything wild (like a party, a pet, or a panic clean), we probably can’t take it back. Just keep it honest.


✉️ How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at team@rugasm.com

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return

  3. Wait for us to approve it and send you a return label + instructions

Important:
Do not send your item back before contacting us. Unapproved returns = no refund, no exceptions.


🚨 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or not what you expected, let us know right away.
Send us photos and your order info at team@rugasm.com and we’ll fix it fast.


🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Custom rugs or made-to-order items

  • Final sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that’s been used, washed, or not returned in its original state

🔁 Exchanges

Need something else? The quickest way is to:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once it’s approved, place a new order for the item you want instead


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If yes, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Heads up — it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received anything, email us at team@rugasm.com and we’ll sort it out.
